Is This PC Parts List Good for Gaming on 1440p Monitors?

I'm looking for feedback on my PC parts list, which I intend to use primarily for gaming. I currently have two 1440p monitors and don't plan on playing extremely demanding games, but I want to be able to play newer releases, like Black Myth: Wukong or Cyberpunk 2077, and future titles. I originally selected an Intel CPU, but a friend advised me to switch to AMD. I'm considering purchasing these parts, but I want to ensure they meet my gaming needs. I'm open to spending a bit more on the CPU if necessary, like upgrading to the 9950, but I'd prefer not to.

I'd recommend sticking with the 9800X3D; it's currently one of the best gaming CPUs available. If you're looking to cut costs, consider going for 2x16GB of RAM instead of 4x16GB. Most games don’t require more than 32GB right now, which could save you some money.

Quick question: Wouldn't it make sense to get more RAM now just in case prices rise? Or do you think 64GB won’t be necessary for gaming anytime soon?
