I'm planning to build a budget PC through a local computer store and want to know whether these parts are well balanced or if I should change anything. The planned build is a Ryzen 5 5600GT, MSI MAG A520M Vector WiFi motherboard, 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, an ASUS RTX 3050 6GB, a 650W Bronze-rated power supply, an ARGB case, and an ARGB air cooler. I haven't mentioned the country, total price, or exact use case yet, so I'd appreciate advice on what details matter and which parts are worth replacing.

I’d also be cautious with the power supply. The wattage is sufficient for this class of system, but the exact model and electrical quality matter more than the Bronze label. Choose a reputable, independently reviewed PSU rather than an unfamiliar budget model. The A520 board and 16GB of RAM are workable, though two 8GB sticks will perform better than a single 16GB stick.

Whether this is worthwhile depends heavily on the total price, your country, and what you plan to do with it. As listed, it’s an entry-level system, so it can be acceptable at a genuinely low price but isn’t a particularly strong gaming build.

The RTX 3050 6GB is the weakest part of this setup. It can handle lighter games and 1080p gaming with reduced settings, but 6GB of VRAM is becoming limiting in newer AAA titles. Compare its price with a faster used or new GPU, such as an RTX 3060, RX 6600, RX 6650 XT, or another option available in your market.

Since you’re already buying a dedicated graphics card, the Ryzen 5 5600GT’s integrated graphics aren’t useful. A standard Ryzen 5 5600 is generally the better choice and may cost less. Make sure the motherboard BIOS supports it before buying.
