I'm buying a TV for my first house, and the room has several windows with plenty of natural light. It'll mainly be used for watching football on Sundays, plus movies now and then. My biggest concern is glare and whether the screen will remain easy to see during the day. I don't know much about TV technology, so I'd appreciate advice on whether the model I'm considering is a good value or if there's a better option around the same price.

Natural light can definitely make a TV harder to see, even when the sun isn’t shining directly onto the screen. Bright windows can wash out the picture and create distracting reflections, especially if they’re close to the TV. Look for a bright display with good reflection handling, and consider curtains or blinds if possible.
A Hisense U6 Pro could be worth considering. It performs well in bright rooms, and the owner’s experience was that daytime football remained easy to watch despite having lots of sunlight. Still, compare the screen brightness and anti-reflection performance with the model you’re considering before buying.

That makes sense. I was mostly worried about the room becoming so bright that the picture looks faded, not just seeing a direct reflection of the sun.
