I found a good deal on a 32 GB DDR5 kit made by AGI, model Turbojet UD858 (part number AGI6IPC16UD858-DC). It includes two 16 GB sticks rated for DDR5-6400 at 1.4 V, with CL36 timings as far as I can tell. I haven't used this manufacturer before, so I'm wondering whether the kit is likely to be reliable and compatible. The seller says it was removed from a prebuilt system, but I don't currently have an AM5 system available to test it in.

It should be fine if it passes a proper memory test and your motherboard supports the advertised speed. Lesser-known memory brands are often just using DRAM chips sourced from one of the major manufacturers, then selling the finished modules under their own label.
The brand name matters less than the actual specifications and quality of the memory modules. With CL36 at DDR5-6400, the binning looks reasonably decent on paper, though you should still verify stability after enabling the memory profile. If it is unusually cheap, make sure there is some way to return it if it turns out to be defective or incompatible.
The seller says the kit came out of a prebuilt, but I can’t test it in an AM5 system yet. Would a computer store usually let me test an individual component if I explained that I’m troubleshooting a system that won’t boot?
