Is this white PC build balanced, or can I get better value under $2,000?

I'm planning my first PC build and originally hoped to spend around $1,000–$1,200, but my current parts list comes to roughly $1,980. I'm willing to spend close to $2,000 for a white-themed build, especially with current prices, but I'd like to know whether I'm overspending or prioritizing looks over performance and component quality.
The PC should handle moderate gaming, streaming, and Discord, and I'd like it to remain useful for many years with occasional upgrades. The list includes a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, 16GB of DDR5-6000 memory, a 2TB NVMe SSD, a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB, a B650E motherboard, a 1000W power supply, and Windows 11 Home. Are there sensible ways to reduce the price, or should I use the full budget to improve performance? I'm also unsure whether the selected memory and storage are reasonably priced and whether the build is balanced for my intended gaming resolution and frame rate.

There appears to be a lot of room to cut cost without sacrificing the white theme. The listed 16GB memory kit and 2TB SSD are especially expensive for their capacities, so compare them with other DDR5-6000 kits and reputable 2TB PCIe 4.0 drives. Also consider whether you really need a 1000W power supply; a quality lower-wattage unit should be enough if the final graphics card does not require it. Windows can also be obtained legally for less than the listed retail price, leaving more of the budget for performance.

Before judging the graphics card and the rest of the build, decide what resolution and refresh rate you’re targeting. A 1080p high-refresh setup, 1440p gaming, and 4K gaming need very different levels of GPU performance. That target will determine whether the budget should go toward a stronger graphics card or whether parts can be trimmed without affecting your experience.
