Is upgrading from a 12700K to a 7800X3D worth the cost?

Hey everyone, I'm currently using a 12700K with 32GB of DDR5 RAM and an RTX 5070. I'm considering upgrading to a 7800X3D and I've calculated it would cost me around $200 after selling my current CPU and motherboard. My main concern is whether this upgrade will really give me a noticeable performance boost. Since I use air cooling, I'm not looking to move to a 14600K. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! What kind of air cooler do you have? The 14700K can be easily air-cooled with good options like Noctua or Cooler Master, which could save you some cash and avoid a motherboard swap.
