I'm considering whether upgrading my Ryzen 3700X to a 9850X3D is a smart move for gaming at 1440p. I already purchased a bundle with the 9850X3D from a local store, but before I install it, I ran some benchmarks and started to wonder if the expected performance boost is worth the hefty price tag of over $700.
