Is Upgrading from a Ryzen 5700X to 7600/7600X/7700/9600X Worth It?

I'm considering whether it's a good idea to upgrade my Ryzen 5700X to one of these newer CPUs: the 7600, 7600X, 7700, or 9600X. Currently, I can get an AM5 setup for around $400, and I'm planning to sell my 5700X along with my B450M motherboard and 32GB of RAM for about $220. This means I would only need to spend an additional $180 or so. Is this upgrade worth it, or should I wait a bit longer for the AM6 platform, hoping prices go down? Here are the prices I'm seeing: 7500F for $140, 7600 for $177, 7600X for $190, 7700 for $213, and 9600X for $213. Thanks for your help!

I think it’s totally worth it! If you can afford it, go for the 7600X or the 7600 based on your other components. They’ll definitely give you a noticeable performance boost!

Before deciding, think about how satisfied you are with your current setup. Are you facing performance issues with games like Valorant? If you're not happy and your frame rates are dipping, especially below 200 FPS, an upgrade could be beneficial. It might help with your gaming experience!

Yeah, I'm not thrilled about it. Valorant really brings my performance down. I've got an AIO cooler, but it still drops. Here's my current build: Ryzen 7 5700X, XFX 9060XT, and 16GB RAM.
