I've been dealing with a bottleneck in my system for a while now, and I'm considering upgrading my CPU. I'm currently using an Intel i5-10400 paired with an ASUS PRIME B560M-A AC motherboard, and I'm thinking about moving to an Intel i5-10600KF. However, I'm uncertain whether I also need to upgrade my power supply. Right now, I have a 700W power supply, and I'm worried because it seems like the new processor might require significantly more power. Would my current power supply suffice, or do I need to make changes?

Honestly, the i5-10600KF only offers about a 6% performance increase over your current CPU for gaming. It might not be worth the cost and hassle. As for your power supply, a 700W unit should be plenty for most builds, even with the new CPU. You might want to consider looking at other processors, like the i9-11900, for a better upgrade.

Thanks for the insight! Would you recommend looking at a new PSU at all?
