I recently bought a used Intel 265K for €230 and I'm really happy with its performance. However, I've found that I could sell my current CPU and get the 270K Plus for just €70 more, which would give me almost 285K performance. What do you all think? Is it worth making the switch?

The key question is whether you actually need that extra CPU power. If not, I'd say just hold onto your current CPU. Plus, the 270K Plus might drop in price later, so it could be a better investment if you wait.
Honestly, unless you can get a good price for your 265K, I wouldn't bother. It's still performing great, and these CPUs tend to go on discount or come with cool game bundles during promotions.
If you can sell your current processor and there's a sure buyer, then go for it! It could be a nice upgrade if you can make use of the extra performance.
It's only $70 for a little more power, but in reality, the extra cores might not be significant unless you're using applications that really benefit from them. If you're looking for serious improvement, consider platforms like Xeon or Threadripper.
