I've been experiencing annoying micro-stutters with my current setup, which includes a 7800x3D and a 9070XT. I'm wondering if upgrading to a 9800x3D would make a difference when paired with my new 5090 graphics card or if I should just stick with what I have. Has anyone faced similar issues or can offer insights?
