Is Upgrading to a 2060 Super Worth It?

I'm currently running a 1660 Super paired with a Ryzen 5 3600, and I've found a 2060 Super for sale in my area at $150. I'm wondering if this is a worthwhile upgrade for gaming, especially for AAA titles like Call of Duty, Battlefield, and GTA. Should I consider this upgrade, or is there a better option out there?

While the 2060 Super is better than the 1660, it might not be the best choice for AAA games, especially if you're aiming for higher settings. Keep in mind that the 2060 Super is getting a bit old, and you might experience limitations in memory when playing newer titles. It might be more beneficial to save up for a card with at least 16GB of VRAM, like the 5060 XT or 5060 Ti, or even look for a used 2080 Ti or 6700 XT if you can find a good deal.

Just to clarify, the 2060 Super actually has 8GB of VRAM, which makes it fairly decent comparing to some newer cards. It’s not a bad upgrade, but if you're looking for something that feels significant, then yeah, aiming for a 3060 Ti might be smarter.
