I've been running into various problems while trying to set up Azure resources like Postgres instances and MongoDB clusters in the North Europe region. It seems like there's a capacity issue on Microsoft's side, and I'm curious about how widespread this problem really is. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, I totally hear you! We can't get additional cores anymore without jumping through hoops. Used to be straightforward, but now we have to raise tickets and just get generic replies. It's frustrating because they advertise the cloud as being scalable, but when we need to scale up, it feels impossible. We've run into this across multiple regions too.
I've heard it's partly due to power grid issues in Ireland, and it's affecting a bunch of services. If you can, I’d recommend deploying to a different region. It might not be ideal, especially if your other resources are in North Europe, but it's worth considering.

Yeah, we figured it might be related to power. West Europe could work for us, but it’s just inconvenient with everything else set up in North Europe.
