Issues with Dual Monitors After Software Update

I recently updated Razer Synapse on my computer, and since then, I've been having trouble with my dual monitors. After the update, my second monitor stopped receiving a signal while connected to my PC. I tried restarting my computer and switching out HDMI cables, but the monitor works fine when I connect it to my laptop. I even uninstalled the Razer software, but that didn't solve the issue. When I attempted to use both monitors today, the second one turns on, but the first one won't get a signal. I'm really confused about what might be going wrong.

Have you tried plugging each monitor into different ports? Sometimes, certain ports can conflict. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date; it can really make a difference. If all else fails, a clean install of the graphics driver might do the trick.

It sounds like Windows is struggling to detect both monitors at the same time. When I had a similar issue, I noticed that if both are connected, only one gets recognized. You might want to check your display settings and see if you can manually set it to extend or duplicate the display. Sometimes updating video drivers can also help resolve these issues.
