Hey everyone! We're facing an issue with OneDrive's Known Folder Move (KFM) that's deployed through Intune. It seems to fail or get stuck specifically on devices that have SentinelOne installed. From what we've observed, SentinelOne creates decoy files in the Documents folder, such as 'abc.doc' and 'def.txt', which seem to disrupt the KFM process, either throwing errors or preventing folder redirection altogether. Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you have any insights or solutions, either on the SentinelOne side or within OneDrive/Intune? I'd love to hear any workarounds you might have discovered. Thanks!

I had a similar issue where it started duplicating files instead. Like, I ended up with 'abc - Copy (18).doc' in my folder. When I first rolled out KFM, there were some hiccups because of the Aftersentdocuments folder, but SentinelOne patched those problems. Just make sure you’re running a recent version of the SentinelOne client.

How recent are we talking? We deployed a version via Intune in late 2024, and since then we've been updating the client manually, but new devices are still getting the Intune version first.
