Issues with Thunderbolt 3 After Battery Replacement on Lenovo Thinkpad X380 Yoga

I recently replaced the battery in my Lenovo Thinkpad X380 Yoga since the old one wasn't holding a charge well. I used a non-OEM battery from AolsteCell. Now, if the battery charge goes above 75% and I'm connected to my Thunderbolt 3 dock, the connection resets every minute, which is super annoying. I'm running Kubuntu 25.10, and while the logs indicate something related to PCIe, I'm not sure where to start troubleshooting this. Has anyone else experienced this issue or has suggestions on how to fix it?

Have you tried updating the BIOS or USB-C firmware? There are recent updates available that might resolve the issue. BIOS updates can be done with a bootable ISO, but the firmware updates typically require Windows. It's worth checking if that helps.

I thought it might be a firmware problem too, but since it started right after the battery swap, I'm skeptical. I booted into Windows and checked Lenovo Vantage, but it didn't find any updates available. I'm running some tests to see if anything changes.
