My laptop's Wi‑Fi suddenly stopped turning on. When I select the Wi‑Fi toggle, it becomes pale blue instead of the usual dark blue and displays "Not available." Other devices connect to the same network without any problems, and this laptop worked normally until a few days ago. I don't recall changing any settings, installing a recent update, or doing anything unusual—I may have simply turned Wi‑Fi off and then been unable to enable it again.
The laptop is running Windows 11 Home Single Language, version 25H2, OS build 26200.9168. How can I get the Wi‑Fi adapter working again?

There have been reports of some Windows updates affecting wireless connectivity, so checking Update History may be worthwhile. However, an update-related network issue is only one possibility, especially since the Wi‑Fi toggle itself is unavailable rather than merely failing to connect to one network.
Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, and check whether the wireless adapter is listed or has a warning icon. If it appears normally, right-click it and choose Disable device, then Enable device. If that doesn’t fix it, uninstall the adapter and restart the laptop so Windows can detect it again. You can also download and reinstall the latest Wi‑Fi driver from the laptop manufacturer’s support page.

Disabling and enabling the network adapter fixed it. Thanks!
