I installed Linux Mint Cinnamon on a new GMKtec G3 with an Intel Alder Lake-N N100 processor and integrated Intel UHD Graphics. During installation, the TV showed "No input" unless I used compatibility mode or booted with nomodeset. After updating the system and trying a newer kernel, the display still only works with those boot options. The TV is connected through HDMI, possibly through an AV receiver. What should I check to get normal graphics output?

The system should normally use the built-in Intel graphics driver automatically, so Driver Manager may correctly report that no additional drivers are needed. There usually isn’t a separate Samsung driver for the TV. Check the kernel and Intel graphics firmware, and test the HDMI connection directly to the TV rather than through the receiver. Also try removing nomodeset once you have confirmed the system is booting with the appropriate kernel.
The TV and AV receiver do not normally need Linux drivers. The Intel graphics driver is part of the kernel, and using nomodeset disables normal graphics modesetting. Try a direct HDMI connection, another HDMI cable or TV input, and verify that the installed Mint kernel supports the N100 graphics. If it works only with nomodeset, check the boot logs and update the system firmware and Intel graphics firmware packages rather than looking for a TV-specific driver.
Driver Manager reports that no proprietary driver is available, which is expected for integrated Intel graphics. The problem is more likely kernel, firmware, HDMI-handshake, or receiver compatibility than a missing Samsung driver.
