I'm relatively new to PC building and I'm on the hunt for a budget-friendly GPU. Right now, I'm considering the RX6600 and the RTX 5060. I'm also interested in any other recommendations you might have. I mainly play Dying Light 2, and I want to run it at medium to high graphics settings.

You might want to check out the 9060XT 16GB; it’s a solid choice. Just so you know, the prices vary a lot between the RX6600 and the RTX 5060, so it all depends on your budget.
True, but if you're set on performance, the 9060XT is the one to beat here.
The Arc B580 could also be a great budget option! If you can stretch your budget, the 9060XT 16GB or the 5060 Ti 16GB are worth considering. Just a heads-up though, the RX6600 and RTX5060 aren’t the favorites around here.
Do you have a specific model in mind for the 9060XT?
The current generation RTX 5060 is significantly faster than the RX6600, by about 65%. You might also want to look at the RX9060XT 8GB, which can outperform the 5060. If you can swing it, the RX9060XT 16GB is even better, but it's about $100 more.
You could also score a used RTX 3070 for around $200. It's a solid performer and might fit your needs nicely.
Definitely consider the 9060XT 16GB. It offers the best performance per dollar for ultra 1080p and even mid to high 1440p gaming.

Totally agree, just be aware that the RX6600 and the 5060 are priced quite differently!
