I'm seeking advice on how to build a budget PC that can handle games like Cyberpunk 2077 and ARC Raiders. My main goal is to play at 1080p with stable frames per second on medium to high settings. I'm not interested in gaming at 4K. I prefer using AM4 as it's cost-effective, and I'm planning to upgrade to AM5 and DDR5 RAM later when technology stabilizes. My total budget is 800 euros, and I'm located in Portugal, so I need parts available in Europe. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

For a decent build, consider going with an AM4 socket and pairing a Ryzen R5 5600X with an RTX 5050. That combo should handle your gaming needs quite well.
Honestly, 800 euros is a bit of a squeeze for a new build. If you can, look into buying a console or explore used parts. It could save you some cash, and you might find good deals!
Here's a solid build you might want to consider: check out this link for parts that fit your budget: https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/KsLsHW. You can definitely get something that runs your games well with these components!
Thanks a lot for the link! I'll check it out!
This build looks great! If you need something even better, consider checking out the second-hand market.
Just a heads up, when you say 'smoothly', that can mean different FPS ranges. You might want to specify a target FPS. What are you aiming for?
Sorry about that! I'm fine with capping the game at 60fps!

I think I'm going to lean towards used parts! I'm not a fan of consoles anyway since I want to play games like League of Legends and do some quick video editing.
