Hey everyone! I need some help choosing a Linux distribution. I've been using Linux Mint and it's been great so far, but I want to try something different that's more focused on gaming. I'd like a distro that maintains the same simplicity as Mint since I don't have much experience with Linux. My laptop is a bit older, featuring an AMD Ryzen 3 with integrated graphics. Any recommendations would be awesome!

Have you considered trying Artix Linux? It's user-friendly and comes pre-configured, much like Arch Linux but with a smoother setup. I recommend the XFCE version for a lightweight experience. Plus, there's a helpful community forum if you need support! Check it out [here](https://artixlinux.org/download.php).
Give Big Linux a try. I really enjoy using it, especially since Windows 10 kept giving me issues. Switching to Mint was refreshing, but I'm curious about other distros for gaming, so Big Linux might be a good option!
I hear you! I’m still exploring too and might try Arch if I get brave.
Bazzite could be a good choice. It comes with Steam pre-installed, making it super easy to get started. Just make sure to check the documentation for installation and system tweaks. If you're into customizing your system, it’s worth understanding the differences between RPM and DEB based systems!
I’m hesitant about anything too complicated like Arch, but I’ll look into Bazzite. Fingers crossed it works well on my laptop!

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve heard about Nobara too—would you recommend that one as well?
