Looking for a One-Handed MMO Controller or Keyboard Alternative

My boyfriend recently had an accident and now has limited movement in his left hand and arm. He used to spend a lot of time playing MMOs, so I bought him an Azeron-style keypad, but it was still too difficult for him to use and we returned it. I'm trying to find another device I saw while researching keyboard alternatives: it looked like a compact square controller with a joystick that rests in the palm and programmable keys on the opposite side. Does anyone know what device this might be, or have recommendations that could help him get back to gaming?

There are a few promising one-handed projects designed to combine a mouse and keyboard in one device. One example is the Ercham Mk1, which is being developed for use with either hand. It may be worth watching for availability or contacting the creator through the official product page.

You might be thinking of a Move Master-style controller. Someone mentioned finding one after searching through older discussions, and it sounds close to the palm-mounted joystick with programmable buttons you described.
