Looking for a Quiet Air Cooler for My AMD Setup

I'm currently using the stock fan that came with my AMD 1700X, but it's way too noisy for my liking. I'm in search of an air cooler that costs less than $50 and is compact enough to fit in most cases. I'm also planning to upgrade to a 5950X in the near future, so I need something that's compatible with that as well.

Just a quick tip for your upgrade: don't forget to update your BIOS before you switch to the 5950X. Also, make sure your motherboard isn't too low-end, or it might struggle with the power of the Ryzen 9. If you're mainly into gaming, you might want to consider sticking with the 5800X or 5800XT instead.

Check out the Thermalright Peerless Assassin or the Phantom Evo. They’re both solid options for the price, but just a heads up—the Phantom Evo, at least with the dual 140mm fans, can be a bit noisy. I swapped the fans for Noctua P14s, which definitely helped, and all of that came in under £60, so still a good deal compared to pricier alternatives.
