I have large hands and use a full palm grip, but most popular lightweight mice—especially the Logitech G Pro X Superlight—feel far too small. I also have a previous wrist injury, so I need a mouse that supports my entire palm and feels comfortable during extended use. I'm specifically looking for a genuinely large, completely symmetrical mouse without an aggressive ergonomic shape or pronounced curves. Any recommendations?

A large trackball, such as a billiard-ball-style Kensington model, is another possibility if reducing wrist movement is the priority. It won’t feel like a normal gaming mouse, but it can take pressure off the wrist.
The Zowie EC1-CW, Logitech G403, and DeathAdder are much larger and more supportive than the Superlight. They’re excellent palm-grip options, but they are ergonomic rather than perfectly symmetrical, so they may not meet your shape requirement.
The Pulsar X2H or Tenz models have a fairly large rear section that can fill out your palm better than the Superlight. They may still not be large enough for extremely big hands, though, and availability can be inconsistent.
You could consider adding a palm rest or using a larger aftermarket wrist support with a mouse that otherwise fits your hand. Since wrist pain is involved, comfort and neutral positioning may matter more than getting an ultralight symmetrical mouse.
