Hey everyone! I'm excited to dive into building my first gaming PC, primarily for 1440p gaming. Here's what I've put together so far:
- Case: Lian Li Lancool 217
- CPU: Ryzen 7 7700
- GPU: Sapphire Nitro 9060xt 16GB
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
- Motherboard: MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk Max WiFi
- RAM: G.Skill 32GB Trident Z5 DDR5 6000MHz CL30
- SSD: I'm considering either the WD SN850X 2TB or the Samsung 990 PRO 2TB
- PSU: I'm weighing my options between a 750W Corsair PM750E, a 750W Thermaltake Toughpower GF A3, 850W MSI MAG A850GL, or an 850W Be Quiet PURE POWER 12 M.
- Monitor: I haven't done much research yet, but I think I'll go for 27".
I really appreciate any tips or feedback on my selections!

For the CPU, the Ryzen 7600X offers a great balance between cost and performance, and I'd recommend looking into that one. Regarding the PSUs, people really rave about the Be Quiet Pure Power series, but I've also seen a lot of love for the Montech Century II; it might be worth considering since it’s often praised for good value without sacrificing quality.
I’ve never heard of Montech until now either! Seems like it's a brand that’s gaining attention in certain circles.
Your motherboard choice is solid, but if you're considering mini ATX, make sure you like the trade-offs between space and expandability. Mini ATX can save room, but it might restrict future upgrades. Make sure you also check compatibility with your case!

What makes the Montech recommended? Is it just solid performance or something else?
