Hey everyone! I'm currently using Asset Panda for my asset management, but my renewal cost came back quite high. I'm considering switching to a different solution. What asset management tools are you all using? Would love to hear your recommendations and experiences!

If you're looking for something new, check out BlueTally. They make asset management really straightforward, and I've been happy using it. Plus, the old customers like me get to keep the legacy pricing!
GLPI is another option that you can self-host for free. They do offer a cloud-hosted version too, but I'm not sure what the cost is. Worth checking out if you're looking for budget-friendly options!
I've been using Asset Tiger and it's been great. It worked out pretty well for us, and since we got it for free with our initial order of asset labels, it’s been a win. Just throwing that option out there!
We also got Asset Tiger for free and then started using FreshService for tracking. It’s not perfect, but it does the job.
Most people I know say hosting your own Snipe-IT is a solid choice. It seems like a lot of people have had good experiences with it and think it can easily replace Asset Panda without any major hassle.
That's really encouraging to hear! I might check out Snipe-IT after all.
Snipe-IT is a solid pick! But if you're considering on-prem solutions, Asset Manager 2025 from Kaizen Software is worth looking into as well. Just sharing my two cents!
Snipe-IT has been my go-to for years. They offer a hosted solution that’s dirt cheap at $400 a year for unlimited users and assets. It’s simple, effective, and they really know their stuff!
Is it easy to integrate with Azure? I might need that functionality.
Nice! Do they integrate well with Azure and Intune, though?
