Hey everyone, I'm searching for recommendations on ISP and telephony providers in the UK. Right now, we're using BT for both our internet and phone services through Teams with BT Direct Routing. We're also relying on BT/EE for our mobile phones. However, BT has let us down repeatedly, and I'm pretty over dealing with their issues. I'm interested in finding alternatives suitable for medium-sized enterprises. We have dedicated BTNET circuits at five locations and a few SHDS connections, with one of our BTNET connections running an HSRP between our main and secondary sites using a fiber and SHDS combo. Any advice or suggestions would be really appreciated!

If you're looking for something besides BT, I’d suggest Zen. They offer great support and it’s nice to actually speak to someone knowledgeable when you call.
You might want to check out AAISP. They're a smaller provider, a bit pricier, but they take their service seriously. They don’t handle full mobile services, but their internet options could be worth considering.
I've had a good experience with Colt in the past. They’re usually quick with installations and responsive, which is refreshing compared to BT.
I’ve heard good things about switching to Gamma for services. We use Gamma Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams and it’s been a solid choice so far.
