Looking for Brutal Feedback on My Anonymous Feedback Tool

I've created a tool designed for businesses to gather feedback from their employees, allowing for anonymity if preferred. This tool helps companies comply with the EU's whistleblower directive. I'm currently seeing about 50 visitors a day to the site, but I'm not getting any conversions or even trial sign-ups. I'm unsure if the visitors are real people or just bots, but for now, let's assume they're genuine. I can't pinpoint the exact issues with the website, so I'm reaching out for some brutally honest feedback. What do you think might be wrong or what are your impressions when you visit my site at thought-share.com?

First off, why do you have a "Popular" label on your pricing if there are no conversions? That seems misleading. Honestly, the website looks a bit sloppy and doesn't seem very trustworthy. Kind of gives off the vibe of a cheap template, you know?

It’s tough because that design screams unprofessional. Like they just threw some stuff together without a solid plan.
