Looking for Budget-Friendly Options to Upgrade My PC

I'm working with an older PC setup that includes a Ryzen 7 3700x, a Radeon RX 5700, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. While playing Rainbow Six Siege at 1080p on minimum graphics, I'm only achieving around 100-130 FPS, and I'm not satisfied with this performance. I'm hoping to find some budget-friendly upgrade options for either my CPU or GPU, depending on what you think is the bigger bottleneck. I realize that my specs might be a bit outdated, but I'm eager to improve my gaming experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
