I'm looking to upgrade my PC since I'm facing issues with my RAM and my CPU is quite outdated. I agree with the other suggestions. Upgrading to that Ryzen CPU will vastly improve performance compared to your current setup, and it's definitely time for an upgrade since the i7-8700 is pretty much ancient by now!
The components suggested are great, but don't forget to plan ahead for the CPU upgrade! Your i7-8700 is getting pretty old and might bottleneck newer GPUs. If you consider upgrading the CPU later on, that's something to keep in mind!
