Looking for Budget-Friendly PCs for a Small Business

I'm in the process of replacing 4-5 client PCs for my small business. I'm looking for some recommendations for decent machines that won't break the bank. These PCs will primarily be used as terminals for connecting to web-based cloud services, so they don't need to be super powerful. Any suggestions?

Check out refurbished Dell OptiPlex SFF machines. Just remember to max out the warranty on those. Leasing them can also be a smart move since it's a cost-effective business expense.

For cloud terminals, I'd suggest looking into refurbished mini business PCs like the Dell OptiPlex Micro or HP ProDesk/EliteDesk minis. You can usually find them priced around $150-$300, and they often come with good specs like an i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and an SSD.

If you're after something affordable, check out the refurbished or leaseback options from Dell or Lenovo. They often have some great deals on decent machines, and you can find something that suits your needs without spending too much.

If there's a Microcenter nearby, they often sell refurbished business class laptops in the $200-$400 range with solid specs. It's worth checking out!

Have you considered BeeLink mini PCs? They're pretty versatile and you can find them on Amazon. I've used a few in my side hustle and they've performed well for everyone.
