Hey everyone! I hope you're having a great Friday! I've been assigned to set up a straightforward IP camera solution for our server cage at the CoLo due to an audit recommendation (not a finding, thankfully). The goal is to monitor who tries to access the cage from both the front and back. The CoLo has approved the installation but with specific restrictions: the camera should not have tilt, swivel, or pan functions, and it must not include a built-in microphone. I'm pretty new to Synology, so I'm looking for some suitable camera recommendations that would work well inside the cage to cover both access doors. Thanks a lot!

Check out the cameras from Hanwha Vision. They're reliable and have been vetted for high-security environments, which makes them ideal for your situation. You can find their options on their website.
Have you considered the NetBotz rack equipment? They have some solid options for monitoring environments like yours. You can find their products on the Schneider Electric site.

Thanks for the tip! By the way, what exactly is the RCMP? And could you suggest specific models that would work for capturing both doors inside the data cage? Really appreciate your help!
