Looking for CJIS-Compliant Remote Assistance Tools

Hey everyone! I'm exploring remote assistance tools for our police department that need to comply with CJIS standards. We want to avoid enabling FIPS at the operating system level, so we're searching for an application that lets us enable FIPS directly within the tool itself. Currently, we use Solarwinds Dameware but are considering other options. Besides BeyondTrust, what alternative tools are available? Thanks a lot!

The options can differ by state, but many on-premises solutions work just fine. A lot of places use ScreenConnect or Bomgar (which is the same as BeyondTrust). Just a heads-up, in some states like mine, certain tools, for example, Ninja, are outright prohibited.

We’re a county government, and we stick with on-prem Bomgar for our needs.
