Looking for Feedback on My First Gaming PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm currently in the process of picking parts for my very first PC, and I'd love some feedback. Here's my current list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6LNhwY. I'm particularly concerned about whether any of my choices are over the top and if there's a way to trim my budget to around $2,000 without sacrificing performance. Any additional input or advice would be greatly appreciated as I aim to build the best gaming PC for my budget!

I found a way to save you nearly $200 while keeping performance intact. Check out this setup:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D - $399
- **Cooler:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE - $37.90
- **Motherboard:** Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 - $224.99
- **Memory:** Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB DDR5-6000 - $85.99
- **Storage:** TEAMGROUP MP44L 2 TB NVMe SSD - $107.99
- **GPU:** Asus PRIME OC Radeon RX 9070 XT - $719.99
- **Case:** NZXT H7 Flow - $94.99
- **PSU:** Montech CENTURY II 1050W - $104.90
- **OS:** Windows 11 Home - $119.99

**Total:** $1895.74.

I chose the lowest priced parts based on your criteria, so it's worth a look!

Thanks for the suggestions! I've been reading mixed reviews about AIO coolers. Are they actually necessary for this setup?
