I'm working on a project called naocam, which is a map-based explorer for live public webcams. Currently, I have about 50 streams available, and I'm seeking feedback on a few aspects of the platform. First, does the navigation feel awkward or confusing for you? I've optimized it for desktop use, but I'm struggling with the mobile experience. Secondly, what content or data do you think is missing? I have a lot of information about different countries, but I need to present it in a more engaging way instead of a dry textbook format. Honestly, I found it pretty unusable on mobile. The dark mode UI made it hard for me to figure out what actions were clickable. I didn’t see much value in the app as it stands.
The mobile experience was decent, but a master dropdown for the different cameras would really enhance navigation. Scrolling and clicking on mobile can be tricky, so simplifying it could help.

I found the orthographic view kind of unhelpful without 3D data. It made navigating the map more difficult. Also, the map rotation keeps drifting away from north, which is kind of frustrating when you're trying to get your bearings.
