Looking for GPU Recommendations for My Gaming PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a gaming PC and could really use some expert advice. I'm looking for the best graphics card I can get for under RM2500 / $540 that can handle triple-A games with ultra or high settings, preferably at 1440p or 1080p with high FPS. Here's what I've planned for my build:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700 AM5
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B850M Gaming X Wifi6E AM5 m-ATX
- RAM: XPG Lancer Blade RGB DDR5 16GB 6000MHz (2 sticks)
- PSU: MSI MAG A650BN 650 watt 80 Plus Bronze
- SSD: Lexar NM790 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4x4 NVME
I'm hoping to make this build future-proof too. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Keep an eye out for sales; I've noticed that you can sometimes snag the RTX 5070 at that price during discounts. I think it would be worth the wait!
Also, even though it has 12GB VRAM, I totally get your concern about performance in future AAA titles, especially at 1440p.

If you're aiming for the best performance within your budget, I’d suggest going for the RTX 5070 if you can find it at that price. If that's not an option, then the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB would be a solid alternative to consider.
