I've been researching various security awareness training platforms and honestly, some of these vendors seem really predatory. One company called me six times in two days after I downloaded their whitepaper! They tried to lure me into a "quick 15 minute demo" that ended up being an hour-long sales pitch. Plus, I once got a quote of $50k for 200 users from one vendor, while a competitor offered the same service for $8k. It feels like the whole industry is filled with sales tactics that remind me of used car salesmen. I'm hoping to hear from you all about vendors that you've had good experiences with—ideally, ones that aren't just money-hungry vultures.

I’ve come across some vendors with pretty cringy content, like Adaptive Security and KnowBe4. The material seems outdated and we've even had to create our own custom modules, which kind of defeats the purpose of paying for those services. I'm also curious if anyone knows of options that are actually decent.
