I have a stack of blank Smartcards for ID badges, and while I could manage with a simple Word document, it's pretty cumbersome. We're looking to produce 8000 of these cards for our staff, so we need something that makes standardization easier. Specifically, I want all employee photos and barcodes positioned the same way on each card. Does anyone have recommendations for software that fits this need? Ideally, I'm hoping for something affordable or free.

You should check if your printer's manufacturer offers any specific software or templates. It's super important for ease of use when setting up your cards.
Sadly, we’ve got an old printer and the vendor is out of business, so no templates from them.
