Looking for Tape Backup Support Companies

I've recently started a new job where I'm working with a large LTO 8 backup system using Spectrum Protect. The company that was previously handling our tape support has stopped operating, and I'm struggling to find a replacement. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a company that provides support for tape backup systems.

It's been a while since I dealt with tape libraries, but when I did, we worked with Iron Mountain. They used to provide solid support for tape systems if that helps!

It sounds like you're looking for a Managed Service Provider. Make sure to ask them if they have staff who are experienced with tape systems. Just a heads up, since it’s a backup system, it’s also a good idea to invest some time in learning how it all works yourself.
