Looking for the Best Linux Distro for a First-Time User

Hey everyone! I usually use Windows, but I'm really tired of it and have been hearing good things about Linux. I'd love to know more about the different Linux distributions and which ones might be a good fit for me. I work with programming tools like VS Code and would also like to play games on Steam and maybe Epic Games, since I have some purchased and free games there. I'm looking for something that's easy to get into as a beginner, so I don't struggle too much while adjusting. Thanks in advance for any help!

You can try any Linux distro by using a USB drive with the ISO image before installing it. For beginners, I'd recommend Linux Mint, Zorin OS, and Fedora KDE as they’re the easiest to use.
