Looking for the Best Transactional Email Service

I'm an engineer dealing with nontechnical clients, and I'm on the hunt for a better solution to streamline the email template process. I've tried a bunch already, like Postmark and Resend, but none quite hit the mark for me. SendGrid is decent, but its template editor lacks support for features like loops, which means I have to get creative with custom code. I came across Waypoint, which seems perfect but feels a bit too early-stage for client work. Has anyone found a transactional email service that's user-friendly and meets these needs? Thanks!

Have you looked into Amazon SES? It's super affordable, though I've heard they're a bit picky with approvals lately. Still, it might be strong for your use case if you can get through that part.

I've had success with ZeptoMail on a commercial project. It's been reliable and I haven't hit any downtimes, so it might be worth giving it a shot.
