Hey everyone! I'm gearing up for my first AWS re:Invent this year and could really use some advice from those who have attended in the past. Aside from jumping into the sessions, what are some key things I should do to ensure I make the most out of this experience? I'm also curious about any after-hours socials or networking events that might not be on the official agenda. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, and I can't wait to meet some of you there!

Make sure to set aside some time to build your schedule as soon as the session enrollments open. Things fill up fast, so having your plans laid out helps a lot. Also, getting from one venue to another can take a while, so it's best to stick to one area at a time. Arrive at your sessions early—at least 10 minutes—to secure your spot! And don’t forget to bring a good-sized backpack for your essentials and keep those electronics charged! Oh, and set aside some time to explore the expo and maybe even the Las Vegas Strip if you’re new to the area.

Thanks for the tips! I've got my sessions ready, but I'm still working on my after-hours plans and networking.
