I'm considering upgrading my PC setup since I mainly do some Photoshop work and streaming, but I'm not into gaming. Here's what I currently have:
- **CPU:** Intel Core i7-6700K @ 4.00 GHz
- **RAM:** 16 GB installed
- **Storage:** 466 GB SSD and 1.82 TB HDD
- **Graphics Card:** NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (2 GB)
I think I could reuse some parts (the ones in italics), but I know the CPU and the graphics card need replacing. Can anyone suggest where to find new parts that will fit together and keep me under £950?
Also, I included some additional details about my setup like the motherboard and memory specifics for better advice. Thanks!

You might want to double-check what type of RAM you have. If it's 2x8 GB, that's DDR4, which is good, but just be sure to verify before buying anything new. You don’t want to mix DDR3 and DDR4 as they won’t work together!
Check out this list I found: [PCPartPicker Link](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/hTcs4p). It includes a new CPU, cooler, 1TB SSD, motherboard, RAM, and a GPU for around £840, which is pretty budget-friendly!
That sounds good, but it seems like you're suggesting a whole new build! Seriously though, make sure to balance what you really need. I think a better CPU and some extra RAM would help with Photoshop without breaking the bank.
Hey! It sounds like you have a solid base to work with. I’d recommend getting a second-hand GPU since they can be found at decent prices, especially for non-gaming use. Just make sure whatever you choose is compatible with your motherboard!
I agree with checking out second-hand options. It can save you a lot if you're not looking for the latest tech.

Looks like it's 2x8 GB based on what you've posted! You might need to remove one to check, just to be safe.
