I've been using my first gaming PC for about 8 years now, and I'm really starting to feel its age. It has a GTX 1070, Z170A motherboard, an i7-6700k processor, and 16GB of RAM. While it was capable back in the day, I'm now struggling to run games like WoW on low graphics settings, especially during big raids. Currently, I'm using a 1080p 165Hz monitor, but I plan to upgrade to 1440p soon. I'm hoping to get another solid 8 years out of this new build, so I'm okay with spending a bit more. I'm reaching out for any advice or warnings about the parts I'm considering upgrading to, which I've made sure are in stock locally for quick pickup. Hey, I think your build looks good overall! But I’d recommend skipping the 5070 Ti for that price—it's pretty steep. You might as well invest in the 5080 instead since it’ll give you a much better performance boost for not that much more.

I hear you, but here in Australia, it feels like prices are through the roof. The 5070 Ti is $1399 AUD, while the 5080 is $1849! It's tough out here.
