Hey everyone! I've been out of the PC gaming scene for a bit and I'm considering upgrading my setup. I've got a budget of about $700 CAD. Here's what I'm currently working with:

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
- 16 GB RAM

Where should I start with my upgrades? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'd personally recommend aiming for a 5070 and consider doubling your RAM if you can. A Ryzen 5800X3D would also be an excellent choice. If you find a Ti variant at a good price, don't hesitate to grab it, but I can't speak much to the Canadian market.

First things first, do you have an SSD? If not, that's the top priority. If you already have one, then your focus should definitely go towards upgrading the GPU. Look for something around $500 CAD like a 9060 XT 16GB.

If I were you, I'd check out some used PCs on platforms like Facebook Marketplace. Your current CPU is a bit dated but can still be upgraded since it's on the AM4 socket. The bigger issue is your GPU; I'd look for something like a 3060 or 3070 paired with a Ryzen 5600x for a decent boost.
