I'm trying to expand my Talos K8s cluster and need to add some nodes. I use the Omni setup, which means I have to upload a custom ISO to get things rolling. I've been using Netcup for my VPS, and it works great, but I'm curious if there are any other VPS providers in the EU that can also support this feature. Has anyone had success with other providers?

You actually don’t need to upload a custom ISO to run Omni, which is a common misconception. You can start with a vanilla Talos and provide the join configuration through user data or directly via the Talos API. This way, once the config is sent, the machine integrates into Omni as if you used a custom ISO.
If you're looking for more options, there's a good list of cloud providers that support custom ISOs over at the European Alternatives site. It could be helpful!
Contabo also allows custom images! You can check more details on their website.
In my experience, nearly all providers I've worked with allow custom ISOs. Hetzner, Netcup, and HostEurope are solid options. Just remember that the config is key in determining the image you pull, not necessarily the image you boot into management mode.
I've heard that Scaleway supports custom ISOs, and I think Hetzner does too, although I haven't personally tested it.
