Looking to Upgrade from RX 5700XT: What Should I Consider?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on upgrading my PC as I'm starting to see performance issues. Currently, I'm gaming at 1440p with a mix of games like CS2, BG3, and Deadlock, and I want to dive into KCD2 soon. My specs are:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core
- **Motherboard**: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
- **Memory**: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB DDR4-3200
- **Video Card**: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB
- **Case**: Fractal Design Define C
- **Power Supply**: Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650 W
I'm thinking about upgrading my CPU to a 5600X (or whatever is cheapest) and possibly getting a new GPU, like a 5060 TI or 9060 XT. Do you think upgrading makes sense, or is it a bad call? What are your recommendations for a GPU?
