Hi everyone! I'm from Argentina and back in 2017, I built a low to moderate PC that I think is due for some upgrades. I'm not after playing the latest games, but I used to manage Witcher 3 pretty well—however, it seems like the performance has dipped over the years.
Here are my specs:
- Ryzen 3 2200G with integrated Radeon Vega Graphics (3.5GHz, 2GB dedicated VRAM)
- 8GB RAM (effectively 6GB since 2GB is allocated to VRAM)
- ASROCK A320M-HDV
I'm facing two issues: first, I'm unsure about my motherboard's compatibility for upgrades, and second, my budget doesn't allow for purchasing a dedicated graphics card. I'm open to any creative suggestions!

Keep in mind, Witcher 3 recently got an update with improved graphics, which might be why you're noticing a dip in performance.
Have you considered reapplying thermal paste? That could really help with performance. For an upgrade, the Ryzen 5 5600G or 5700G could be solid options if they're reasonably priced.
Could you grab a 5000-series CPU and maybe find a used GPU for a decent price? You won't get much from integrated graphics alone.
