Microsoft Admin and Exchange Admin Center options missing or not loading

Since yesterday, several administrators have reported that the Microsoft Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center are not displaying correctly. Some navigation options are missing, the Groups section will not load, and the Help & Support button does nothing. Microsoft has acknowledged the incident under Issue ID MO1458193. We are using a GCC tenant—are others seeing the same behavior?

I was able to sign in through the central admin hub and use the emergency support numbers. I expected to open a support ticket there, but the process redirected me back to the Admin Center, which was still unavailable.

We’re seeing the same issue in a GCC tenant. Groups will not load in either the Microsoft Admin Center or Exchange Admin Center. A GCC High tenant we manage appears to be unaffected.

I initially spent about an hour checking our Conditional Access policies before noticing the service alert. We’re on a standard commercial tenant rather than GCC, so it looks like the impact may not be limited to government environments.
