Monitor Power Light Blinking After Changing Resolution—How to Fix It?

I changed my monitor resolution while playing Valorant to 1080x1080, which I had used before (my default resolution is 1920x1080). Now, my monitor has turned off and the power light is blinking. I can't seem to open it up or troubleshoot further since I don't have any tools. Can anyone help? By the way, my monitor is an HP Pro Display P221.

First, try pressing the buttons on the monitor to see if anything responds. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the monitor from both your computer and the wall outlet. After disconnecting it, press and hold the power button on the monitor for about 10 seconds. Then, plug it back into the wall without connecting to the computer yet and see if you can get a menu or any lights to show up.

Another option is to try resetting the monitor completely. Disconnect all cables and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Plug it back in and see if it starts up normally. This can sometimes resolve the blinking light issue.
